The way any freephone (0800/0808) number works is by passing the cost of the call from the person calling to the business receiving it.

How does USCN afford to pay for your call?

To answer honestly, we can't, not in the traditional sense. Instead we pay for unlimited outbound calls, which allows us to use a callback system that limits the inbound freephone cost to around £0.04 per call.

We also use time-based routing to only connect freephone calls between 8AM and 8PM, outside these hours the call does not connect.

This is why we also have our 0330 national number (open 24/7), which costs the same as calling a standard landline.
